Dry Needling Therapy
Dry needling is a minimally invasive technique that uses thin acupuncture-type needles to target muscle trigger points — tight, painful knots in the muscle. It is highly effective for relieving chronic muscle pain and tension that has not responded to other treatments.
How It Works
A thin, sterile needle is inserted directly into the trigger point, causing a local twitch response that releases the muscle knot, improves blood flow, and reduces pain signals. Sessions typically last 20–30 minutes.
